Apple Inc. is a multinational technology company that specializes in hardware such as phones, tablets, computers and they specialize in their own software as well with iOS, MacOs. They stand side by side with leading innovators such as Google and Samsung being their biggest competition as the company strives to have a user base that can use a variety of their products and keep them in their EcoSystem. The company has recently taken on a stance on how important it is for them to protect their user bases Data directly opposing other media giants such as Google and Facebook.

Reason for selecting:

Apple takes on students from Creative Digital Media for the Marketing role for their work placement opportunities. The reason I'd personally select Apple for work placement is I have an interest in marketing and feel it would be something realistic and obtainable, while I have no prior experience in marketing I've done my research on the topic and I try to keep my knowledge on the subject up to date as marketing is constantly evolving and people involved in the role have to keep their knowledge on current marketing trends up to date.
